What postal company do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked48 and Tracked24. You can choose delivery method at the checkout. 

Why I haven't received a confirmation email?

All order confirmations are automatically sent out after a transaction is completed. Please check all spam/junk/other folders. 

What are the measurements of the frames?

Square box frames - 8" x 8" and A4 size box frames.

Please check individual listing for your size of the frame.

Delivery Information

How long will it take until my order is dispatched?

Our standard dispatch time is 3-5 working days for both Tracked24 and Tracked48 delivery options.

For Express delivery orders, this will be made and posted the next working day if ordered before 2pm.

During busy times (Christmas, Valentine's etc) our dispatch time can vary. Please check our website for updates. 

How long does shipping take?

We use Royal Mail 24/48 for all our deliveries. 

Tracked24 aim to deliver orders within 1 working day of dispatch. Tracked48 aims to deliver items within 2-3 working days from dispatch date (Please add a couple of days if there are any restrictions in place).

Please note - These are Royal Mail's estimates but unfortunately sometimes delays in the service can happen. If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days, we can start a claim for a lost package.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all of our products are made to order, unfortunately they are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that your order's customisation contains an error or the frame arrives damaged, we will replace it and cover postage costs for returning the damaged product. Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt to report any damage or faults.

RS MyHandicraft does not accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery address entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect address, will be the buyers responsibility, unless the mistake is on our behalf.
